Miguel Rosenfeld is a senior level executive with a portfolio spanning decades of successful endeavors. A recognized leader in the entertainment industry, he is a dedicated visionary with an impressive track record at the highest levels of the television, cable, and communications industry sectors throughout North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Miguel’s professional career has included the creation and management of several successful ventures in a variety of industries from both televised and live entertainment to technology & communications to the automobile industry.
Located principally in Miami, Miguel has assembled an international network of resources allowing him to identify and pursue the development of corporate projects in a diverse array of industries in virtually any region of the world.

Arcadia International Corporation
To support his enterprise in the Entertainment industry, Miguel founded Arcadia International Corporation in Miami in 1986. His vision was to build it into a major distributor of Telenovela formats throughout Latin America.
While establishing relationships with the principal spanish-language broadcasting networks, he aggressively expanded the distribution of Telenovelas globally and significantly contributed to the evolution and demand for Telenovelas in diversified markets in every major country.
As a result, Telenovelas have grown to become one of the most important, and widely-distributed, entertainment genres in the world today.
Arcadia became an overwhelming success, and through his dedicated efforts Miguel pioneered major distribution channels in previously undeveloped markets by providing a form of entertainment that almost anyone can gain access to and enjoy.

Leading Telenovela Authors
His success began with leading the contract negotiations and financial management for Delia Fiallo, one of the most recognized Telenovela writers in history. This also included managing the roll-out of various highly successful telenovelas, including, Marielena, Guadalupe, and Morelia, among many others. Today, through Arcadia International Corporation, Miguel represents the majority of the most recognized Telenovela writers in Latin America.
Their artistry unequalled, their time-honored contributions to the genre have been translated into numerous languages and broadcast to hundred of millions of people throughout the world.

TV Distribution
In addition to building Arcadia International into the company it is today, he has worked on various different projects throughout the entertainment industry. From 1995 to 1998, he served as Director of Affiliates and Cable for Latin America for Protele, a division of Televisa International LLC.
During that time he created and implemented the affiliates concept of television programming throughout 12 countries in Latin America, and the Caribbean including: Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Brazil).
By affiliating one TV network per country, he took this division from $0 to a gross revenue of $19 million in 1996, $24 million in 1997, and $29 million in 1998.
This also included successfully developing the new division of Pay TV, with the introduction of four cable signals (Canal de la Estrellas, Eco, Telehit, and Ritmoson), initially reaching approximately 5.9 million subscribers in Latin America.

Miguel has also been actively involved with the development of Primo Entertainment, a leading live entertainment provider in Latin America.
Even though the Covid-19 Pandemic has effectively brought the concert industry to a complete halt worldwide, Miguel looks forward to the rapid recovery of the industry in 2021 and being an active participant in the production of many new live entertainment ventures.

An Accomplished Strategic Investor
In addition to his project development in the Entertainment Industry, Miguel has also been actively investing, managing, and contributing to the development of numerous investments in both the Technology & Communications and Automobile Industries.
Terremark Worldwide was sold to Verizon Communications in 2011 for $1.4 Billion, and subsequently sold to IBM in 2017. Miguel served on Terremark’s board of directors from 1999 until 2010. During that time, he was Chairman of Terremark’s Compensation Committee and a member of its Audit Committee.

Devoted Family Man
Growing up in Argentina in the 60's and 70's provided Miguel with a front-row seat to the profound social, cultural, economic and political changes which affected the country during this time. It provided him with a unique perspective to discover not only what he felt was important to him on a personal level, but also planted the seeds which eventually grew into his very successful entrepreneurial future.
Miguel graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. While displaying an unrelenting entrepreneurial passion, he continues to embrace a wide variety of challenges while pursuing his personal and business interests.
Miguel directly relates his active intellect to staying young, and looks forward to enjoying the prosperous opportunities offered in the many years to come.
A deeply devoted family-man, Miguel currently resides in Miami, Florida with his wonderful wife, children and grandchildren.
